Dear Anastasia Lakes Homeowners,
Summer schedule for irrigation is set to change in March. The BOD has sought ways to improve our community and recently reached out to our vendors regarding our current watering schedule . After discussion we have determined it will be beneficial to the community’s common grounds as well as each homeowner’s lot to increase watering times to 1 hour per zone. This will serve our community well especially during the hot summer months. With the current schedule about 20% of the association members already have a one hour slot as a reference. For any reason a member would like to stay in a 45 minute slot please inform ALSOP Property Management, otherwise each member will receive the allotted 1 hour watering time.
